"A Sailor's Song", by Eddie Walker, Jr.

I grew up in a tiny town, village actually, called "Limestone." It is comfortably nestled in some fairly good sized hills in Cattaraugus County, in the State of New York, in the Heart of a beautiful valley, with a river running right through the middle of it; given a Seneca Nation of Indians name, centuries ago, "Tunungwant" meaning, "Lazy River" because it goes so slow. We locals always call it, "The Tuna" for short, and it goes so slowly because it actually flows in an incline, and not a decline, from South to North, this according to an expert from U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers, who stated this to the Mayor of Limestone, in 1999. - to be continued....stay tuned.....
